At TechYard, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a leading online gaming company, we specialise in creating cutting-edge casino games.

This strategic hire is essential for our global expansion plans and requires someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in iGaming/gambling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams, with a focus on HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives with the executive team.
  • Lead resource allocation, process optimisation, and cost reduction.
  • Monitor operating expenses and ensure effective management.
  • Align HR policies with operational needs and ensure compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on operational performance and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a COO or senior role in iGaming/gambling.
  • Strong expertise in HR and technology functions.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and able to travel as needed.
