We are looking for a motivated Experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Warsaw and contribute to the growth and success of Prime Group

What You Will Do:

As part of our team, you will be responsible for Business Development, Management, Hiring, and People Development. You will:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a client portfolio.Expand our business locally and internationally, ensuring brand implementation.Participate in client meetings, building strong relationships to understand their needs and expectations.Engage in the recruitment processes and focus on the development and management of your team, supporting their career paths, motivation, and engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Manager position within the IT sector/sales of services.Good knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Poland.Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.Ambitious, driven, goal-oriented, and resilient.Leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.Out-of-the-box mindset to set up and achieve strategic goals with our Team
