Prowadzimy projekty zarówno wewnętrzne jak i zewnętrzne, głównie dla Klientów z sektora finansowego - banków, ubezpieczycieli oraz firm z sektora retail. For our Client, a stable organization with extensive experience, conducting numerous ERP system implementation projects in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in the company's development in international markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Establishing business relationships with clients in the assigned market (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) Strategizing sales approaches to maximize profitability and fostering relationships with international clients. Establishing a diverse network of contacts to explore new business opportunities and referrals worldwide. Proactively identifying and pursuing sales prospects, actively engaging in industry events and conferences. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable input for product development. Facilitating collaboration across departments to ensure seamless operations. What we expect? Industry knowledge and education in IT or economics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of IT services or related fields – a mandatory requirement. Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment. Industry and IT market knowledge – a mandatory requirement. Prioritization and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships. Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities. Experience and knowledge of CRP systems. Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level (allowing for fluent communication in speech and writing). Skills in initiating and maintaining relationships with international clients.
