Twoje nowe zadania na stanowisku:

Zarządzanie podległym Zespołem Specjalistów ds. Rozwoju Rynku dla osiągnięcia wyznaczonych celów biznesowych, Rozwój kompetencji podległego zespołu , Monitorowanie wyników zespołu w celu podjęcia akcji naprawczych, pozwalających osiągnąć tygodniowe, miesięczne i roczne cele, Identyfikacja nowych możliwości rozwoju punktów sprzedaży i aktywne wspieranie podległego zespołu sprzedaży, Odpowiedzialność za indywidualny rozwój swoich podwładnych poprzez regularny coaching, Zarządzanie powierzonym majątkiem firmy i promocjami zapewniając zwrot inwestycji, Budowanie silnych relacji biznesowych z klientami, Nadzorowanie przygotowania budżetów dla klientów, W razie konieczności zastępowanie Specjalisty ds. Rozwoju Rynku na trasie, Kontrolowanie i monitorowanie wydatków marketingowych, Współpraca z Działem Należności w zakresie ściągalności płatności.

Proaktywność, energia, pasja Wykształcenie wyższe, Przynajmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w Dziale Sprzedaży na stanowisku Kierownika Zespołu Sprzedaży, podparte wymiernymi sukcesami zawodowymi, Umiejętności związane z zarządzaniem zespołem, Umiejętności negocjacyjne, Umiejętność skutecznego nawiązywania i podtrzymywania kontaktów biznesowych, Znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office), Znajomość jęz. angielskiego w stopniu co najmniej komunikatywnym, Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży alkoholowej lub kawowej, Prawo jazdy kategorii B. Doświadczenie w pracy z kategorią alkoholi mocnych będzie dodatkowym atutem
