zadania
- zapewnianie codziennego stacjonarnego wsparcia technicznego członkom zespołu
- instalacja, wsparcie, rozwiązywanie problemów i usuwanie usterek związanych z nowym/wydanym sprzętem i oprogramowaniem
- klonowanie komputerów i laptopów
- dokumentowanie pracy zgodnie z wewnętrznymi procedurami
- codzienna praca w międzynarodowym środowisku IT
oczekujemy
- minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
- bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (min. C1)
- znajomość Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/2008, Office 2003-2013, Citrix, Terminal Services, HP Backups, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, HP Printers - mile widziane
