For our client, an international company in the service industry, I am looking for a candidate for the position of Junior HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting or IT industry, speak English at least B2 and independent person who thinks outside the box. 

Responsibilities:

  • hr advisor, providing guidance on employee relations and HR policies,
  • manage key HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, and employee development,
  • ensure compliance with local labor laws and initiated improvement projects to align HR practices with business objectives,
  • collaborate with the HR team to execute people processes and resolve complex cross-functional issues,
  • recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • min 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • experience working with an external client,
  • experience in cooperation with IT,
  • knowledge of spoken and written English at a level of free communication,
  • flexibility to changing business needs,
  • ability to work in a team,
  • independence.
