  • Budowanie i ustalanie wspólnie z właścicielem firmy strategii rozwoju firmy;
  • Pełne zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem i koordynacja działów tj: marketing, finanse, logistyka, sprzedaż, zakupy (około 100 osób);
  • Planowanie i zarządzanie budżetem spółki;
  • Optymalizacja procesów, redukcja kosztów oraz wdrażanie działań naprawczych;
  • Identyfikacja potencjalnych obszarów ryzyka;
  • Udział w targach branżowych i kontakt z klientami kluczowymi dla organizacji;
  • Podejmowanie strategicznych decyzji dla spółki;
  • Zarządzanie zmianami;
  • Monitorowanie rynku oraz działań konkurencji;
  • Pełna odpowiedzialność za wynik finansowy organizacji.

 

  • Wykształcenie wyższe;
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku analogicznym w branży kosmetycznej/farmaceutycznej;
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Wysokie kompetencje przywódcze;
  • Dynamizm w działaniu;
  • Umiejętność identyfikacji potencjalnych zagrożeń, myślenie przyszłościowe;
  • Umiejętność identyfikacji obszarów wymagających usprawnienia;
  • Umiejętność podejmowania samodzielnych decyzji i świadomość, jaki wpływ mają na organizację;
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji i wysoki poziom empatii.

 

  • Zatrudnienie za pomocą umowy o pracę lub kontraktu B2B;
  • Praca w trybie hybrydowym: przez pierwsze 3 miesiące praca 3-4 dni w tygodniu z biura w Białymstoku, po okresie wdrożeniowym możliwość większej ilości pracy zdalnej. Pracodawca jest w stanie zapewnić nocleg.
  • Premia związana z wynikami spółki;
  • Benefity pozapłacowe: opieka medyczna, ubezpieczenie na życie, karta multisport, dofinansowanie do nauki języków;
  • Auto służbowe do użytku prywatnego (klasa C).
