Our team combines deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless operation of payment systems and compliance with regulatory standards. Our flagship products include multifunctional payment gateways and AI-driven compliance platforms, supporting global expansion and digital transformation in financial services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales of fintech, banking or technology products
- Knowledge of basic principles of digital marketing - foundations of social media, managing the advertising campaigns, benefits, risks.
- Experience with B2C clients (B2B), knowledge of sales cycles, ability to manage long-term customer relations
- Excellent communication skills and negotiating experience with C-level executives, as well as ability to promote complex fintech solutions
- Understanding of current trends in the fintech industry, market developing tendencies and risks.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information
- English - upper B2 level, Russian - fluently
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- The ability to travel on business trips across Europe.
- Proactivity and result-oriented mindset, ability to develop sales strategies and implement them to achieve KPI
Will be a plus:
- Higher education in finance, economics (marketing education would be an advantage)
- Ability to collaborate within a tam and work independently.
