External Sales Representative

to join our Polish team and help us to achieve our goals. You will work as a point of contact for existing and new customers. Ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong understanding of sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. If you have strong negotiating and organizational skills, technical knowledge and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Build excellent relationship with existing and new potential customers
- Present effectively our company`s portfolio
- Understand customer`s needs and provide the best solutions
- Generate leads and negotiate deals to achieve goals
- Travelling throughout sales territory
- Penetrate the market, monitore and analyse actual trends to find new opportunities
- Cooperate with internal team, sales channels, external suppliers and third parties
- Prepare accurate reports and quotations
- Communicate internally important feedback from customers

Requirements:
- Technical background
- At least 3+ years experience as a Sales Representative
- Knowledge of belting market is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken is a must.
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- Experience in SAP highly advantageous
- Good computer literacy, mainly experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time and with time pressure

Skills and abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving licence cat. B
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
