What you will be doing

End User Device configuration/support/troubleshooting. Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and equipment troubles by analysing, identifying, and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures for clients. Support equipment, software and connectivity for AV, Video conferencing. Responsible to implement known solutions to software and hardware problems and perform advanced troubleshooting in their area of expertise. Provide remote assistance to users: problem identification, instruction, and resolution of problems and escalate when necessary. Document and update all diagnostics and technical support carried out on any given fault/issue onto the ticketing system. Categorise requests so that they can be progressed in the correct manner. Able to take part in a shift rota to cover 24 / 7 operations for days a year.

You will ideally have

Good AV technical working knowledge Excellent Communication Skill Previous customer support experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment English (Proficient) Good trouble shooting skills Good IP and Networking and security knowledge
