BAT Poland is looking for a FINANCE MANAGER BALTICS

SENIORITY LEVEL:  Mid-Senior Level

FUNCTION:  Finance

SALARY RANGE:  competitive + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION:  Warsaw, Poland

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are currently looking for candidates on the position of Finance Manager Baltics. In this role, you’ll be a leading Finance Business Partner for the three local markets: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The role requires you to develop, optimize and integrate finance processes to the company's mother entity standards, perform solid business partnering in the commercial finance area and manage team of 3 people.

The role provides plenty of opportunities for you to develop your finance and commercial skills and expertise. If you have the talent and motivation to succeed, you’ll find support and encouragement every step of the way.

Reports to:  Head of Finance Poland & Baltics

Geographic Scope:  Regional

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Driving the pricing strategy for diverse portfolio of products across 3 markets Cooperating with the business to ensure the efficient use of resources and spending priorities Providing insights regarding performance to senior management in the Cluster Ensuring local entities compliance with the Group standards and internal procedures, Encouraging collaboration with cluster & regional Finance department to ensure closer alignment of processes between the two entities Managing a team of four analysts You will report to Baltics GM and Head of Finance Poland and Baltics

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

At least three years of proven experience in a similar role preferably in a FMCG industry or Retail You are an excellent communicator and a natural leader, with experience presenting to senior management, You want to boost your career in Finance, by combining your commercial and corporate knowledge, Experience in business partnering roles Proficiency in spoken and written English Proficiency in MS Excel Openness to business travel
