Position Overview: As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a visionary Commercial Business Manager to lead the global market segment for Rolled Paper & Tips (RP&T). This role involves spearheading cross-functional business strategies and achieving sustainable financial targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the profit and loss of the RP&T business, as well as key balance sheet and cash flow measures, ensuring the continued profitable growth and success of the segment.
Reports To: Global Flexible Materials Leader, Global Health, Hygiene, and Consumable Global Business Unit (GBU).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the global business strategies to achieve financial targets and sustainable growth.Profit & Loss Management: Oversee P&L, key balance sheet, and cash flow measures for the RP&T business.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with segment leaders, regional leaders, and functional leaders in R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and New Business Development.Growth & Market Penetration: Identify and deliver growth opportunities to drive market penetration and expand our reach.Innovation & Improvement: Lead product, process, and innovation portfolios, and drive operations and supply chain improvements.Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including customer segmentation, sales channel models, promotional strategies, and brand building.Financial Management: Optimize capital expansion and working capital to maximize returns on investments.Capacity Planning: Address long-term segment capacity strategy and short-term capacity issues.Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain diverse talent to foster a high-performing team.Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure effective contributions from sourcing, legal, and IT business partners.Deliverables:
