The Global Business Services (GBS) team delivers industry leading services to fuel company growth. It drives value and support to customers through a shared-services model, and it provides a variety of centralized accounting and non-accounting services such as Payroll and Administration to support the global Boston Scientific organization.

To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles, you would need to have:
- Graduating or graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Work experience in administration, accounting, payroll, finance
- Fluency in English, additional language capabilities are a strong plus
- Experience with SAP
- Intelligent Automation experience is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and focus on building relationships
- Self-motivated yet team player
- Change agent that focuses on a high level of quality
- Continuous improvement attitude
- Based in Warsaw or open to relocate
