Provide end to end "hire to retire" HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents and Payroll admin activities with subject to all legal rules and collective agreements Be the first point of contact for queries coming from manager and employees via cases (ServiceNow) Become the HR Tier1 Team’s Subject Matter Expert for the given HR Processes & Activities and provide guidance on processing transactions correctly in Workday and other HR systems Handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, email to provide end-to-end navigation support to GSK employees Support Line Managers, employees and peers with complex transactional HR matters, providing operational and tactical HR support with a focus on Workday navigation, HR advisory and procedure coaching Work in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Knowledge Articles including indicated Service Operating Model are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted global & local standards

Basic qualifications:

Fluent Hungarian and English language skills  (alternatively Portugese) Proven track of experience (+1 years) working in a shared service environment Ownership and end-to-end accountability for resolution Problem solving skills Good Excel skills Team spirit, reliability, commitment and flexibility Accountability and very good organizational skills Experience with Workday, Service Now or any other/similar related HR Systems preferred but not a must Partnering skills and understanding how HR can contribute to the business Experience working with Power BI7
