As a Regional PS HR Quality and Audit Specialist you will be responsible for Quality Assurance of People Services department service delivery.

You will also take responsibility for HR Control Assessment Audit processes, and Risk Management activities across the HR Services in all countries in the Region. The role is critical in delivering to Internal Control Framework for HR Services in the Region.

Deliver quality assurance activities to ensure People Services high quality delivery to the customer Deliver actions from departmental quality assurance and HR controls assessment processes and mitigation actions to HR Services; Share recommendations for Continuous Improvements in the area of HR processes, systems, knowledge and skills Coordinate actions resulting from the quality assurance assessment for all teams in scope Support adherence to Internal Control Framework for HR Services in EMEA Conduct internal SOX controls testing Work on internal/external audit actions to ensure Data Accuracy across systems; Conduct Internal Audits and support External Audits; work on mitigation plans; Facilitate HR Controls Assessment activities and risk mitigation actions; Work on services monitoring to ensure quality standards are maintained in a fast moving/multiple priority environment for People Services; Work together with HUB Leads/Team Leads and HR Risk Management team to improve quality standard for the Hub and minimize risk; Work together with other Leads to identify process improvement opportunities Strong experience in HR or audits Customer service-based mindset and the ability to focus on getting things done with the high level of quality Ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and prepare reports for management / review Fluent English Agile and continuous improvement mindset  Able to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment; Experience in assimilating into complex environment supporting multiple teams and countries Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills Strong expertise in ServiceNow or/and Workday- a big plus but not a must Knowledge of Jira Work Management, Power Bi, Macro would be an additional advantage French and / or Spanish – nice to have Career at one of the leading global healthcare companies Attractive reward package (competitive salary, annual bonus & awards for outstanding performance, recognition awards for additional achievements and engagement, holiday benefit) Possibilities of development within the role and company’s structure Life insurance and pension plan Hybrid working model (2 days/week in the Business Garden office) Open and inclusive environment which is supportive and welcoming of all diversity strands (gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic) Private medical package with additional preventive healthcare services for employees and their eligible counterparts Sports cards (Multisport) Personalized learning approach (mentoring, online trainings’ platforms: Pluralsight, Business Skills, Harvard Manage Mentor, Skillsoft and external trainings) Extensive support of work life balance (flexible working solutions including working from home possibilities, health & wellbeing activities) Supportive community and integration events Modern office with creative rooms, fresh fruits everyday Free car and bike parking, locker rooms and showers
