- Telefoniczna obsługa połączeń przychodzących w zakresie obsługi ubezpieczeń
- Pozyskiwanie danych i zgód od klienta
- Interpretacja zapytań związanych z ogólnymi warunkami ubezpieczeń
- Budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku i dobrych relacji z Klientami
- Wprowadzanie danych klientów i zapytań do systemów firmowych
- Kompleksowa obsługa klienta telefonicznego
- Dyspozycyjność do pracy na pełny etat
- Mile widziany status studenta
- Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów
- Swoboda w przeprowadzaniu rozmów telefonicznych
- Umiejętność obsługi komputera
- Chęć uczenia się i samodzielnego zdobywania nowych kompetencji
