Position Description
Lead the multilingual Customer Care team; Recruit, coach, develop and evaluate personnel; Develop service procedures, policies and standards; Oversee and ensure the creation and support of sales orders from customers; Oversee and ensure the purchase orders submitted via different communication channels; Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution; Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers; Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports; Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets; Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities; Maintain close contact with our other locations in EMEA to provide best Customer support.
Position Requirements
Graduate with Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; Fluent German and English essential Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support function; Minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience; Computer literacy is a must have; Experience in ERP-systems such as SAP
Personal Requirements
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload; Good communication skills; A desire to drive standardization and process improvement is a must have; A can do attitude and willingness to lead others through change is required
