Your responsibilities:
As a critical member of the global HR Shared Services team, you will lead multiple teams of specialists providing governance and support to our HR shared service centers, ensuring all their staff members are fully trained, have up to date documentation and resources to perform their jobs effectively, and are enabled to collaborate and exchange their knowledge.
In context of our HR transformation program, you and your teams will support the onboarding and training of new HR Shared Services staff members, as well as the documentation and transfer or knowledge from country HR teams to our HR Shared Service centers.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts from HR Operations and other functions, you will identify and assess training needs of our HR shared services teams, as well as requirements for collaboration, training and knowledge management tools and standards. Based on those requirements, you will drive and manage the development and continuous improvement of related processes, standards, tools, and reports.
You will oversee and support the creation and maintenance of operational documentation required by our HR shared services centers, as well as content for our global employee service portal.
Our requirements:
Degree with focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field ( Psychology, Social Sciences)
7-8 years’ experience in different HR functional areas in a global environment, ideally related to Training, Collaboration, Knowledge Management, or HR Operations, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
Must be able to collaborate effectively with multicultural stakeholders within and outside HR in a mostly virtual work environment
Ability to communicate skilfully with colleagues by adapting to different personalities and communication styles
Didactic capability to ensure knowledge transfer of complex content
Ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations and other communication materials for audiences of all sizes and levels with limited guidance
Ability to apply out of the box thinking to identify and improve ways of developing new trainings, supplemental training materials, and operational documentation that is effectively used and applied by the target audience.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and to operate in a global decentralized environment where system and process are yet to be aligned.
Project and change management skills; being able to manage improvement initiatives independently under minimum guidance
Great collaborative and influencing skills
Problem solving & critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Workday, SharePoint and HR Case Management solutions would be preferable
