Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Administrator to join our team. If you have experience in accounting or finance and are looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create price requests and manage timely price setups;
  • Maintain a structured workflow by monitoring prices and customer data;
  • Conduct end-of-month price follow-up and manage invoicing actions in C4C to maximize monthly invoicing;
  • Investigate and resolve price issues in C4C/SAP;
  • Propose ideas to improve back-office efficiency;
  • Detect, prevent, and resolve pricing issues to ensure compliant orders, accurate invoicing, and KPI achievement;
  • Support the customer service team with master data management;
  • Provide audit support with process and price/master data evidence;
  • Perform weekly compliance reporting and provide material safety information to customers as needed;
  • Collaborate as a team player and assist with backup activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with work experience in accounting or finance;
  • Excellent communication skills with different management levels;
  • IT literacy is a must;
  • Team player, flexible, and customer-minded;
  • Organized and likes structure and procedures.
