Serving as a key support function, the Office Administrator/Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Key responsibilities include office administration, employee relations, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Organize office space, ensure timely maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics with external partners.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, plan social events, and provide administrative support for team activities.
- Administration: Manage courier services, returns, printing, and other operational tasks to maintain efficient office processes.
- Onboarding New Employees: Coordinate laptop purchases, software installations, and other setup requirements.
- General Support: Provide communication and coordination support across teams, manage suppliers, and arrange deliveries of fresh produce and water.
