About The Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing high-quality and consistent customer service, guiding customers through product selections, promotions, and order details.
  2. Responding to chat, email, and phone inquiries within the company's KPIs.
  3. Resolving queries and complaints by understanding customer needs, identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction. Diplomatically handling disputes to find mutually beneficial resolutions.
  4. Upholding the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity across all systems, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable service delivery.
  5. Maintaining sensitive information, such as payment and customer data, in compliance with local laws, e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  6. Contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives by delivering ideas and driving standardization, efficiency, and quality improvement projects.
About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  1. Fluency in English speaking and writing (minimum C1 level).
  2. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in speaking and writing in either French or German is advantageous (minimum B1 level).
  3. Fast learner with strong customer service focus.
  4. High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  5. Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  6. Strong cultural awareness.
  7. Experience in handling SAP and/or Service Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) - nice to have.
  8. A comprehensive understanding of the local culture of supported countries - nice to have.
  9. Work experience in a virtual, multi-national set up - nice to have.
  10. Knowledge of eCommerce business - nice to have.
