Our Krakow office was set up in 2020 and currently has 16 staff.
The RoleKey Responsibilities
- Specializing in a key area of Life Science and having a sound understanding of roles, companies, and key players.
- Developing a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture, and their environment.
- Sales techniques, business development, marketing techniques, cold-calling, and networking to attract potential clients.
- Booking meetings with new and existing clients to build and develop relationships.
- Giving presentations to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients.
- Using social media to attract clients and build relationships.
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of new clients, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated.
This is a full-time role with a base salary (depending on experience) plus an unrivaled commission structure. The working hours are US hours (13-21).

- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- English language (B2 at least, written and spoken).
- Proactive qualities with a willingness to learn.
- Genuine interest in the Life Sciences sector.
- High level of resilience.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment would be an asset.
