Now, we need you to help us grow further. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors to new opportunities and build long-lasting relationships based on trust and results.

This Role is for You If:
  • You have a network of contacts and the readiness to leverage it to acquire new clients,
  • You have experience selling IT services to corporate or digital marketing clients,
  • You are results-driven – you set your own goals and consistently achieve them,
  • You don't wait for instructions – you know what it takes to close sales and take the necessary actions,
  • You're not afraid to speak up – you have ideas and confidently implement them, seeking unconventional solutions,
  • You know how to turn client needs into specific solutions that meet their business goals,
  • You understand SEO and both the technical and content aspects of optimization – no need for us to explain how this world works.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Expanding our client base – acquiring new partners and building lasting relationships in both domestic and international markets,
  • Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals and signing contracts,
  • Creating sales campaigns using various tools like email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms,
  • Representing Insightland at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our market position,
  • Developing new sales channels and contributing to the company's growth strategy,
  • Reporting your activities and sales results – because numbers don't lie here.
