Currently, we are looking for a person to join us as a:
Business Development Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound, proactive acquisition of B2B clients
- Co-creating and implementing sales strategies for the Polish and CEE markets
- Managing the sales process, including identifying client needs, preparing offers and conducting negotiations
- Updating the company's CRM
- Assisting in organizing webinars and online events
- Being ready for public speaking engagements at the above-mentioned events
We expect:
- Experience in a similar position in the B2B and outbound sales sector (min. 1 year)
- English language proficiency at least at B2 level and Native Polish
- Openness and a high level of empathy
- Proactivity
- Independence
- Knowledge of customer service solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience in selling SaaS, e-commerce, or cloud solutions (min. 1 year)
