**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Device Business Development Manager to join our team at Medline Industries, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our medical devices to new and existing customers in the Dolnośląskie, Lubuskie, Opolskie, and Zachodniopomorskie regions.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our business in these regions
- Research and identify potential customers and stakeholders to collaborate with distribution partners
- Create business plans to achieve sales goals and set individual targets with distribution partners
- Support public tenders and product launches
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM systems
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare
- Strong industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Polish language
