We are seeking a remote HubSpot Specialist to join our team, focusing on Revenue Operations (RevOps) consulting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business improvement initiatives to support revenue growth, encompassing Reporting, GTM segmentation, operations, and business transformation.
- Analyze marketing, sales, and service processes to identify gaps and prioritize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute revenue strategies with timely project management and implementation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations roles with HubSpot, serving B2B Companies.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hub knowledge required; Service & CMS Hub is an advantage).
- Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and integrated technologies.
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments with short lead times and multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Client needs assessment and technical term translation into business-oriented outcomes.
- Results-driven attitude and polish language skills (an advantage).
- Competitive salary range: 3000 - 4500 EUR.
