Job Title: HubSpot Specialist (RevOps Consultant)

At MAN Digital, we are a fast-growing HubSpot Diamond Partner with a relentless pursuit of excellence. We help B2B companies launch strategies, tactics, and operations for repeatable revenue growth.

We are seeking a remote HubSpot Specialist to join our team, focusing on Revenue Operations (RevOps) consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business improvement initiatives to support revenue growth, encompassing Reporting, GTM segmentation, operations, and business transformation.
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and service processes to identify gaps and prioritize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies with timely project management and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations roles with HubSpot, serving B2B Companies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hub knowledge required; Service & CMS Hub is an advantage).
  • Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and integrated technologies.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced environments with short lead times and multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client needs assessment and technical term translation into business-oriented outcomes.
  • Results-driven attitude and polish language skills (an advantage).
