Polski Ogród (Hortex brand) employs approximately 500 people. During the peak season for vegetable and fruit harvesting and processing (July-December), this number increases with seasonal workers.
To ensure the best efficiency, we have concentrated the production and packaging of our frozen foods in a specialized, modern processing plant in Skierniewice. We also take care of the distribution and availability of our products, as we want to be as close as possible to our consumers.
Thanks to this, our products can be purchased in all types of stores that offer food products.
Such wide distribution is possible thanks to:
- Cooperation with specialized distributors operating throughout the country and leading retail chains.
- Our own sales team covering 3 sales channels:
- Traditional retail (retail outlets)
- Modern trade channel (discount stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, and hypermarkets)
- Horeca market (professional catering market - restaurants, bars, canteens, and other catering establishments).
Due to its rapid development, we are seeking candidates for the position of:
Revenue Management Manager
Location - Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's pricing and product structure – develop, recommend, and monitor pricing strategies for individual product lines, regularly update price lists, and verify their implementation.
- Manage promotions – plan promotional strategies, monitor their implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Analyze sales results, competitor activities, and market trends to implement revenue-enhancing strategies and optimize the portfolio in terms of profitability.
- Collaborate with commercial departments and provide support in negotiations with key clients.
- Implement improvements to tools and processes, as well as new solutions in revenue management.
Qualifications:
- Higher education, preferably in management, finance, or economics.
- Professional experience in revenue management/pricing in the FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of promotional mechanisms operating in the FMCG market and shopper behavior.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think analytically, draw conclusions, and present arguments logically.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Polish and English.
