HR Process Specialist with Norwegian

YOUR TASKS- Responding to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and available benefits;
- Help in solving HR problems;
- Conducting activities in accordance with applicable laws and policies;
- Creating and updating documents and preparing reports.
- Very good knowledge of Norwegian (B2/C1);
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- At least half a year of work experience in the HR department;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel);
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Student status or bachelor's degree.
