At ING, we're seeking a skilled HR Services Specialist with French to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a contact person for HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, providing expert advice on labor law provisions and company policies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a central point of contact for HR-related queries, utilizing in-depth knowledge of labor laws and company policies.
  • Take care of administrative tasks for colleagues transitioning within the ING Group, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create essential HR documentation, including contracts and other vital documents.
  • Deliver exceptional support to managers, addressing employee inquiries and facilitating their tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for employees and managers, fostering a culture of shared understanding.
  • Train new team members, empowering them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in Shared Services environments, preferably with HR processes or Customer Service.
  • Excellent English and French language proficiency (B2+/C1), both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in building positive relationships with external/internal business partners.
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Familiarity with international/multicultural work environments.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in transition activities, including documentation preparation/review and process/tool setup.
  • Knowledge of agile, operational management, quality management, and risk.
  • Curious about continuous improvement in an agile way.
  • Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office, and Belgian labor law.
