The partnerships division specializes in institutional, financial brokerage, and FinTech sales, providing white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms.

The Partnerships team is responsible for building great relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners. You will develop a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling, aiming to leverage maximum revenue potential. By understanding their client's needs and presenting appropriate solutions, you will help grow our partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals for yourself and Ebury.

About You
  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition ("hunter") mindset.
  • Interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face to face, via telephone, and email.
  • Experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) function, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Experience in sales particularly with a focus on the Accountancy or Financial Services markets.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange services (FX) and payment solutions.
  • Structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organization skills.
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need.
  • Business fluent in English and fluent in Polish.
