About the Job:- Provide customers with relevant and insightful advice at various touchpoints (calls, emails, chats).
- Create premium relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Encourage customers to engage with products and services.
- Collaborate with different contact points (technical line, dealers) and demonstrate organization skills.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to deliver unique experiences from start to finish.
- Document customer interactions through their journey using CRM software.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and deliverables.
- C2 proficiency in Danish, C1 in English.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to support premium clients.
- Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in handling calls and communicating effectively via email and chat.
- A team player with goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong prioritization and planning skills.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Working experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
