Regionalny Koordynator Sprzedaży

Odpowiedzialny/a będziesz za:

Nadzór nad budżetem offline.
Ciągłe monitorowanie i kontrola P&L w podległym obszarze działania.
Realizowanie wyznaczonych targetów sprzedażowych w salonach stacjonarnych.
Monitorowanie wdrożonych wskaźników KPI jakościowych oraz ilościowych w ramach procesu zarządzania sprzedażą.
Współudział w działaniach sprzedażowych i marketingowych.
Zapewnienie optymalnej organizacji i efektywności prazy zespołów w podległych salonach sprzedaży.
Koordynacja działań operacyjnych w obszarze wsparcia sprzedaży i logistyki.
Analizę bazy danych oraz tworzenie raportów dla kanału offline.
Zarządzanie i ustalanie standardów obsługi klienta zgodnie z aktualnymi trendami w branży luksusowej.
Kontrola i monitorowanie standardów VM w kanale offline.
Zapewnienie odpowiednich szkoleń dla pracowników salonów stacjonarnych.
Wdrażanie i modyfikowanie odpowiednich technik motywacyjnych.
Koordynacja procesów: rekrutacji, oceny pracowników salonów sprzedaży.
Kontrola i wdrażanie procesów zapobiegania stratom.
Zarządzanie standardami bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.
Dbanie o dobry stan techniczny salonów sprzedaży.
Opracowywanie niezbędnych narzędzi, procedur czy standardów pracy w podległym obszarze działania.
Bycie pierwszym punktem kontaktu we wszystkich sprawach związanych z salonami sprzedaży.
Dbanie o prawidłowy przepływ informacji biuro - offline.

Doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku (mile widziana branża retail)
Umiejętności analizy danych sprzedażowych.
Kreatywnego podejście do powierzonych zadań.
Wysokiego poczucia estetyki.
Bardzo dobrej znajomości pakietu Microsoft Office.
Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego.
Wysokiej kultury osobistej i rozwiniętych zdolności komunikacyjnych.
