responsibilities :
Provide technical support to international users for computer/printer related technical problems.
Assist the consumers in resolving technical problems by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems.
Engage with the consumers through email, chat, phone, social media, reviews portal, etc. in a professional, solution-oriented manner to ensure the outcome is consumer centric.
Identify consumer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved.
Seeking solutions in case of unusual queries or requests
Document in designated systems (e.g., CRM /Consumer Relationship Management/, SAP and other) the information needed for resolving inquiry or complaint.

requirements-expected :
Fluent Dutch (C1/B2) and English (C1/B2) (spoken & written)
Good command of MS Word and Outlook
Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Empathy and openness for working with clients
