Do nowego projektu poszukujemy osób, które dołączą do nas na stanowisko IT Service Desk i zaopiekują się obowiązkami związanymi z udzielaniem wsparcia użytkownikom systemów klienta.

responsibilities :
Dostarczanie informacji i wsparcia w obsłudze sprzętu i oprogramowania.
Obsługa urządzeń biurowych.
Zarządzanie zapasami, inwentaryzacją i cyklem życia urządzeń.
Zapewnienie wsparcia VIP zgodnie z ustalonymi SLA, w tym stałe wsparcie na miejscu podczas ważnych spotkań i konferencji.
Administracja systemami pocztowymi, kontami i prawami dostępu, dostępem do intranetu/internetu, przechowywaniem plików oraz systemem telefonicznym.
Obsługa zgłoszeń użytkowników.
Zapewnienie jakości ukończonych zgłoszeń oraz wkład w bazę wiedzy IT.
Wsparcie przy publikacji informacji dla użytkowników.

requirements-expected :
Ukończone wykształcenie techniczne/wyższe w dziedzinie IT lub co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia jako Service Desk.
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
Umiejętność konfiguracji i wsparcia systemu Windows 10.
Znajomość systemów smartfonów i tabletów (w tym iOS, Android) oraz aplikacji (MS Office).
Umiejętność konfiguracji i wsparcia przeglądarek internetowych (Google Chrome, Edge) za pomocą oprogramowania do zdalnej konserwacji.
Obsługa systemu zgłoszeń (preferowane narzędzia help desk).
