As a Salesforce Administrator you will play a key role in managing, configuring, and improving our Salesforce CRM system. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data accuracy, training team members, and ensuring the system aligns with our business needs. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
A bachelor's degree in computer science is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
Extensive experience in Salesforce system administration and maintenance.
Proven experience in Salesforce upgrades and integration.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Competency in creating Salesforce profiles, assigning roles, and managing access.
Familiarity with importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
Ability to deliver Salesforce training and provide end-user support.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvements.
Fluent English.
