Order Management Data Specialist

Requirements:

- Polish + English B2
- One of: German, French, Italian, Spanish ~B2/C1 level
- University degree or experience in customer service / administration / related field
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably medtech/pharmaceutical industry)
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamplayer

Responsibilities:

- Checking that inventory data in the SAP system matches the actual stock
- Identifying and correcting any differences in quantities or batch numbers
- Closing and reconciling all submissions at the end of each quarter
- Monitoring expired products and take action to remove them
- Working with sales representatives and medical facilities to ensure accurate reconciliations
- Following the company’s quality procedures and applicable standards
- Processing of transactions
