German Speaking​ Card Dispute Specialist Nexi Group & TP - this is where technology meets passion for customer service We have just started collaborating, and now we are looking for someone to help us set new standards in the world of payments. If you like challenges, know the German language, and want to be part of a European PayTech leader, we are waiting for you Your tasks: Handling Cases and Solving Problems:   Investigate cases, communicate with customers via email or phone, and help prevent fraud. Translate messages between German and English and follow all rules and policies related to card services. Keeping Records and Following Rules:   Write down case details carefully, take part in checks and audits, and make sure all actions follow the rules. Working with Teams and Partners:   Cooperate with other teams (like Sales, Finance, or Compliance) and outside partners to ensure smooth operations. Helping team members with tasks, suggest ideas to improve processes, and supporting training activities. We offer: Employment contract, with salary: 7000-12900 PLN gross/month (based on your experience).  Friend referral program with additional bonuses.  Hybrid working from Krakow 3 days per week (we guarantee the equipment to work from home).  If you live far from Krakow - we will provide you with accommodation for the training period.
