As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in German via emails, phone calls, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues and provide accurate information about our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries in German via various channels.
- Resolving issues and providing information about financial services.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.
- Updating and maintaining the customer database.
- Adhering to company procedures and standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in German (B2/C1) and good command of English (B2).
- Experience in Customer Service (more than 12 months is an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
