Kluczowe obowiązki:

- Analiza i ocena aktualnych procesów AP/PTP.
- Identyfikacja obszarów do usprawnień i wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk.
- Koordynacja projektów związanych z tranzycjami i wdrażaniem nowych systemów.
- Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej.
- Zapewnienie odpowiedniego i trwałego monitorowania interfejsów oraz terminowego rozwiązywania błędów.
- Opracowywanie działań na rzecz trwałej poprawy jakości w środowisku interfejsów.
- Wsparcie w zarządzaniu uprawnieniami.
- Wnioskowanie i monitorowanie uprawnień dla nowych i obecnych pracowników.
- Zapewnienie i optymalizacja procesów weryfikacji faktur dla czterech powiązanych jednostek w Europie Wschodniej we współpracy z centralnymi i lokalnymi właścicielami procesów.
- Wsparcie w zarządzaniu procesami, doradztwo procesowe i monitorowanie procesów operacyjnych.
- Tworzenie, aktualizacja i zatwierdzanie dokumentacji procesowej we współpracy z działami operacyjnymi.
- Przeprowadzanie testów integracji systemów i testów akceptacyjnych użytkowników.

Wymagania:

- Ekspercka wiedza w zakresie procesów Account Payable/Purchase to Pay.

- Znajomość narzędzi i systemów wspierających procesy AP/PTP.
- Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami IT i innymi działami w organizacji.
- Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i komunikacyjne.
- Dobra znajomość MS Office, doświadczenie z SAP R/3 lub SAP 4HANA (moduły MM/FI) mile widziane.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 oraz niemieckiego na poziomie B1.
