About the Role

The IT company Andersen is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Meetup Marketing Specialist to join its team and contribute to the development of the marketing strategy.

As a Meetup Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand, attracting new employees, and promoting our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize internal events in online and offline formats.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to organize events that attract new employees.
  • Manage and oversee special projects.
  • Organize and manage large offline events and exhibitions.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of events and make sponsorship decisions.
  • Handle document flow and budgeting.
  • Participate in negotiations with internal clients and create action plans based on outcomes.
  • Work with external advertising and social media advertising to attract external and internal event attendees.
  • Participate in PR projects.
  • Monitor current marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing for 3+ years.
  • Experience in creating advertising texts and posts for social networks.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting events.
  • Work experience in companies with a staff of 1,000+ employees.
  • High level of self-organization and ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, responsibility, and stress resistance.
  • Intermediate level of English and above.
