About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts to identify, select, and onboard the best talents for our open positions. Your focus will be on the Polish market, executing end-to-end recruitment processes for selected positions, including entry-level roles and civil contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for selected positions on the Polish market.
  • Employer of Choice: Ensure a great candidate journey, from job ads to contract negotiations, presenting QIAGEN as the employer of choice.
  • Local Activities: Support employer branding activities, such as job fairs, company presentations, and internal events.
  • Global Projects: Participate in global projects to strengthen our Talent Acquisition strategy.

Your Requirements

  • Ready to work at least 30 hours per week for 6-9 months.
  • University degree in business administration or a related field or relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, either through an agency or a larger company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
