Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Analyst to assist travel agencies with analysis, recreation, and resolution of simple to high complexity problems. As a Frontline Support for customers hosted in the Sabre reservations system, you will provide technical support through different communication channels using advanced software and diagnostic tools, and recommend best business practices to customers on application usability and system maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between different internal teams to ensure prompt resolution is achieved while working in a high-speed multitasking environment, showing a high sense of urgency for sensitive issues, and ensuring the right level of communication is maintained with internal and external teams according to defined KPI goals.
The ideal candidate will have professional fluency in written and spoken English, with professional fluency in written and spoken Italian, and Spanish, German or French language a huge plus. Additionally, they will have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to analyze and identify key problems and make decisions to solve issues, and very good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MAC OS.
