Logistics Specialist for Service Parts Delivery

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Logistics Specialist for Service Parts Delivery to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

This role is responsible for managing orders through the complete delivery cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of service parts to customers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English, with Polish and German languages being an asset.
