Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our financial operations in Eastern Europe.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller who can take charge of our financial operations in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation project by December 2024
  • Oversee reporting and Interco activities in Poland
  • Ensure accurate bank transfers and supervise compliance
  • Coordinate bed debts provision and B/S reconciliation in Poland
  • Implement e-invoicing project in Poland and standardize processes in Eastern Europe
  • Supervise IFRS implementation in Eastern Europe and perform second control in reporting Hungary/Romania

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and reporting principles
  • English language proficiency (C1 level)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including base pay, bonus, and benefits. The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
