Senior Payroll Specialist EMEA

SC Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, including France, while ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accurate and timely payment of employees in France and other EMEA countries.
- Assist in expatriate payroll and tax reporting for countries under EMEA as required.
- Manage MyHR tickets and resolve issues for countries under the scope of the HR Delivery Centre.
- Partner with colleagues to assist with payroll processes, cycles, and projects with COE, HRBP's, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders within SCJ.
- Ensure country toolboxes are regularly reviewed and updated for relevant countries.
- First point of contact with Payroll vendors EMEA for those countries directly responsible for.
- Close co-operation with Snr Payroll Specialists to assist where required and with Local finance.
- Partner with Regional Payroll Manager and Associate Manager to implement instructions received from Total Rewards and Global Payment Departments to implement changes in SCJ's compensation programs within and outside of WD.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline with 4 years of payroll experience - EMEA countries, with a main focus on French payroll.
- Certified Payroll Professional or country equivalent.
- Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen.
- Be able to manage and prioritize workload.
- Fluent English and French is a must.
