Job Overview
The Investor Services Administrator role plays a vital part in the delivery of high-quality services to clients and investors. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process investor transaction documents according to fund documentation requirements.
- Maintain capital activity reports and distribute them to clients periodically.
- Ensure AML requirements are met for all investor transactions.
- Provide money movement notifications to clients and prepare wire instructions for investor activity.
- Serve as daily client operational contact for investor servicing and build strong relationships.
- Meet SLA deadlines while adhering to procedures and maintaining excellent organizational skills.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff and provide training under supervision.
- Develop knowledge on allocations and performance calculations.
- Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Demonstrate team player qualities within the investor services team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in the finance field.
- Fluent English skills (minimum B2).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work effectively within a team structure and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively influence team morale.
