Inside Sales Representative

We at Alfa Laval are seeking a passionate candidate to become an Inside Sales Engineer in our Energy Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services;
  • Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
  • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

Requirements:

  • Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
  • Commercial and basic financial acumen
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
  • Nice to have experience with HVAC or district heating business.
  • Fluent in English; Polish is your native language; Ukrainian is a plus
