Inside Sales Manager for XR Solutions

Lucid Reality Labs is at the forefront of developing next-generation XR solutions that transform industries.

We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our global inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Qualification & Appointment Setting: Qualify leads by understanding client needs and set appointments for senior sales team members.
  • Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in our CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology, software, or immersive tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of global sales processes and CRM management.
