Our company, Mettler-Toledo, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Specialist with Italian language proficiency to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving purchase orders from end customers, entering them into SAP, and resolving any obstacles that may arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our end customers via email.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter purchase orders into SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure database integrity by validating and correcting data stored in SAP CRM.
- Resolve order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken - minimum B2 level).
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work ethic.
- Good understanding of complex business processes.
