Job Overview
TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
As the Global Employee Experience Manager you will play a crucial role in building an effective organization where employees can thrive. You will be responsible for taking insights from stakeholders at all levels, to design and deploy strategies that will increase engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and leader effectiveness. This role will also provide expert talent management support to the Communications Solutions segment and Corporate Functions
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an HR Business Partner on organizational design to enable future headcount growth
- Guide HR and managers in driving the assessment and development of talent to ensure we have a strong succession pipeline
- Analyze organizational structures, capabilities, processes, and relationships, and implement changes to increase organizational effectiveness
- Advise an internal client on the design of an ad-hoc employee survey to ensure their outcomes are met and best-practice design is followed
- Meet with the project team you are heading to deliver a fit-for-purpose onboarding program and hold them accountable for making progress, whilst keeping them inspired by their purpose
- Advising a peer on how to incorporate insights from our latest employee survey into the process they are re-designing
- Write a communication to managers on how to build the resilience of their team and maintain their wellbeing
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of professional working experience in HR including 8+ years of progressive experience delivering and implementing talent management initiatives and programs.
Experience of guiding organizational change programs across countries and cultures.
Expertise in organizational effectiveness.
Experience in designing solutions for employees who are not at a desk.
Strong executive presence and track record of cultivating strong and trusting relationships with cross-functional partners and executive leaders
Nice to have
Experience in internal consulting.
Skilled in advanced analytics.
Strong communication and project management skills
